We are an approved delivery partner for NOCN UK — a UK Ofqual-regulated awarding organisation — and an authorised CRICOS ELICOS provider through our Australian entity, International College of Queensland Australia Pty Ltd.
Our programme catalogue covers postgraduate certificates and diplomas, a NOCN UK Level 5 certificate, university microcredentials in HR, payroll and manufacturing compliance, a CRICOS Business English pathway, and the NCLEX Preparatory Programme for internationally qualified nurses seeking U.S. licensure. Every programme is delivered fully online, with rolling intakes and multi-currency pricing.

Operating across Malaysia, Australia, Singapore, Fiji, Sri Lanka, India, Indonesia and the Philippines, Roy's remit spans international education delivery, healthcare workforce placement, NDIS-licensed care operations, and property investment structuring. His primary revenue streams are accredited online education, healthcare staffing, and cross-border professional development.
